In Term Four, our creative focus is self-portraitures, our students learn how to draw and then paint their own self-portrait.

After witnessing on the news the devastation of the Amazon forest burning down our students painted portraits of themselves with Animals from the Amazon.

This year we added expressive hands to portrait study and students were taught several hand poses including a pose of the hands holding an object of personal meaning to the child. Our students then had the option of including their hands in the final portraits.
